Univ. Prof. Mag. Dr. Markus Hengstschläger

Univ. Prof. Mag. Dr. Markus Hengstschläger is director of the Center of Pathobiochemistry and Genetics and chairman of the Institute of Medical Genetics (Medical University of Vienna). In addition he is a member of the Austrian Council for Research and Technology Development, deputy chairman of the Austrian bioethics commission and member of the university council of the University Linz. Markus earned his Dr. degree in genetics from the Vienna Biocenter and stayed afterwards at the Yale University (USA) for a period of research. He was also leader of the genetic laboratories at the women’s hospital Vienna. Since 2003 Markus is university professor for medical genetics at the Medical University of Vienna. He is involved in teaching, research and clinical work within the area of human genetics. Furthermore he won lots of prizes for his research and books.
 

Massimiliano Ghini, MBA 

Massimiliano Ghini, MBA is the Director of MGMTLAB - People Intelligence, Scientific Director of People Management MBA part time's courses at Bologna Business School and Adjunct Professor of Human Resources Management at the University of Bologna, School of Engineering. In 2006, Max has been candidate at the Aspen Institute Faculty Pioneer Award for the “significant contribution to the field of business in society, particularly through his innovative research and tools related to Emotional Intelligence”. Since 2012 He is a Board member at Six Seconds, the Emotional Intelligence Network. In 2015 he has won the Best Teacher Award for Executive Masters at Bologna Business School. Max’s area of expertise include: People Analytics and Human Capital Strategy, Organizational Change and Innovation and Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Development.
He is an international consultant with a wide experience in management. He loves neuroscience and the Brain-based approach to business.


Dr. Paige Haber-Curran

Dr. Paige Haber-Curran is assistant professor in the Department of Counseling, Leadership, Adult Education, and School Psychology at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas, USA, where she also serves as program coordinator for the master’s degree program in Student Affairs in Higher Education.  Paige earned her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego (California, USA), her master's degree in College Student Personnel from the University of Maryland (USA), and bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and German Studies from the University of Arizona (USA). Paige has over 12 years of experience working with leadership development programs for university students through programs and academic courses. While at the University of San Diego she coordinated and re-designed the Leadership Studies Minor. Paige’s research interests include college student leadership development, emotional intelligence, and women’s leadership. Paige is author of the book "Emotionally Intelligent Leadership: A Guide for Students" (Jossey-Bass, 2015) and the accompanying facilitation guide and student workbookShe is also co-editor of two forthcoming books on gender and leadership. In 2013 Paige was recognized as an Emerging Scholar by the American College Personnel Association, and in 2014 she received the Presidential Award for Excellence in Teaching at Texas State University.  Paige serves as a Co-Lead Facilitator for the LeaderShape Institute and consults and speaks around the world on topics of leadership.  More information about Dr. Paige Haber-Curran is available on her webpage.


Mag. Klaus Fetka

Since 1999 Mag. Klaus Fetka is Head of Human Resources at Porsche Inter Auto GmbH & Co KG (Salzburg). He earned his master’s degree in law from the University of Graz.
